Info: Jim is a lifelong resident of the New River Valley, with 12 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent. He has attended classes while in the US Air Force and at New River Community College; where he gained his knowledge that enabled him to pass the State Real Estate exam. He has also attended numerous seminars and various classes which has advanced his skills in Real Estate and Ethics.

Jim is the President of a construction company and a development company; so he is very familiar with commercial and investment properties and how to make things happen. He has lived on Claytor Lake for 15 years and is very knowledgeable of the lake and the values of the properties there. He currently lives there with his wife Debbie and their 2 children (Julia and Cynthia.)
